Making sure there’s food in the refrigerator. Keeping the lights and water on. Getting them where they need to go. Gas in the car. School expenses. Clothes, toiletries, appointments, and all the ordinary things kids need while their world is anything but ordinary.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTheir guardian didn’t get months to prepare a budget or plan for a household that suddenly looked different. They just stepped up.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSo now it’s our turn to step up for them.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDavid loved his boys more than anything.
